Four Ps

The global Unite for Children, Unite against AIDS campaign has set its priorities around the Four Ps – the urgent imperatives of preventing mother-to-child transmission of HIV, providing paediatric treatment, promoting prevention of infection among adolescents and young people, and protecting and supporting children affected by HIV and AIDS. Progress in these areas will make a real difference in the lives and life opportunities of children affected by AIDS. It will help make this the last generation to bear the brunt of AIDS.
